ROADS & FOOTPATHS

The Parish Council maintain a close liaison with the highways department at Leicestershire County Council to ensure any damage to local roads and footpaths are reported and repaired.

LOCAL BUS SERVICE

The hourly bus service (operated by Woods Coaches) to Leicester/Melton, passing through Hoby, continues into 2008 and it has proved increasingly popular. It is hoped that many more villagers will take advantage of this excellent service and leave their cars at home, save on parking and fuel charges and help save the environment. You can hail the bus at any location in the village and the driver will stop. Ask the villagers who use it. They love it!
